Booking Rules
- To confirm your booking, a deposit of 100 euros is required.
- The remaining amount can be paid after the event.
- The client covers travel expenses for the organizers and team, if needed.
- If the booking is canceled less than 7 days before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- We recommend booking the event 1.5 to 2.5 months in advance, especially if the event is planned for a weekend.
This will allow you to choose a convenient time, rather than whatever is left in the schedule.
